Instructions

  2. Rub the pork tenderloin with olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the tenderloin on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the meat rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
