Instructions
Heat the wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add the garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds.
Add the pork and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot with rice.
