- 3 cups All-purpose flour
- 1.5 cups Sugar
- 1.5 tablespoon Poppy seeds
- 1.5 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1.5 cups Milk
- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 3 units Eggs large
- 1.5 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1.5 teaspoon Almond extract
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, poppy seeds, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, whisk together milk, oil, eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
