- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- ½ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Butter cold and cubed
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- ¼ cup Milk
- 6 units Plums halved and pitted
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Add cold butter and mix until crumbly.
Add the beaten egg and milk to the mixture. Stir until combined.
Press the dough into a tart pan. Arrange the plum halves on top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden and the plums are tender.
