Plum Clafoutis Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups plums, pitted and sliced
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced plums at the bottom.
Pour the batter over the plums.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
