Instructions

  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
  4. Grease a baking dish and arrange the sliced plums at the bottom.
  5. Pour the batter over the plums.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the clafoutis is set and golden brown.
