  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup pepperoni chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place mushroom caps on a baking sheet.
  3. Fill each mushroom cap with pizza sauce.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and chopped pepperoni.
  5. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm.
