  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. 2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and spread pizza sauce over it.
  3. 3. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  4. 4. Add sliced pepperoni on top of the cheese.
  5. 5. Place the second tortilla on top and press down gently.
  6. 6. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.
  7. 7. Remove from skillet, slice into wedges, and serve hot.
