Ingredients

  • 500 g All-purpose flour
  • 325 ml Water lukewarm
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 7 g Dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2. Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let sit for 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add yeast mixture and olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. 4. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5. Place dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6. Preheat your pizza oven to its highest setting.
  7. 7. Punch down the dough, divide into 4 portions, and roll out each portion to your desired thickness.
  8. 8. Add your favorite toppings and bake in the pizza oven for 10 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
