- 2 cups pineapple, diced
- 1 cup red bell pepper, diced
- ½ cup red onion, diced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 whole jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 whole lime, juiced

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño.
2. Squeeze the lime juice over the mixture and add salt to taste.
3. Toss everything together until well combined.
4. Let the salsa sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
