Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add bell pepper and snap peas, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add pineapple chunks and soy sauce, cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
