- 2 cups Pineapple chunks (frozen)
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons Honey or agave syrup
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
1. Add frozen pineapple chunks, coconut milk, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container.
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.
5. Scoop and serve.
