Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
  4. Add the bell peppers and snap peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir well.
  6. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
