Pineapple Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Add the garlic and ginger, and cook for another minute.
Add the bell peppers and snap peas, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Add the pineapple chunks, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir well.
Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce has thickened, about 2 minutes.
Serve hot over rice or noodles.
