Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • 0.5 cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Crushed pineapple drained

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract and crushed pineapple.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until the center is set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
