Ingredients 

Pie Crust

  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Unsalted butter cold, cut into cubes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Ice water more if needed

Instructions 

  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
  2. Add the cold butter cubes and cut into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
  4. Divide the dough into two discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  5. Roll out one disc of dough on a floured surface and place it in a pie dish.
  6. Use the second disc to create your desired pie crust design (lattice, braided, etc.).
  7. Bake according to your pie recipe's instructions.
