Ingredients

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Add the cold butter cubes and cut into the flour mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Gradually add ice water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into two discs, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Roll out one disc of dough on a floured surface and place it in a pie dish.
Use the second disc to create your desired pie crust design (lattice, braided, etc.).
Bake according to your pie recipe's instructions.
