Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Fold in chopped Oreos. Pour over crust.
Bake for 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
