- 1 lb ground pork
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Form the mixture into sausage links or patties.
3. In a frying pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 15-20 minutes.
