Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 4 slices Bread your choice
  • ½ cup Pesto Sauce
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat the grill pan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Drizzle olive oil on the grill pan and cook the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. 4. While the chicken is cooking, toast the bread slices.
  5. 5. Once the chicken is done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
  6. 6. Spread pesto sauce on each slice of bread.
  7. 7. Layer the sliced chicken and arugula on two slices of bread, then top with the remaining slices.
  8. 8. Serve immediately and enjoy!
