- 1 unit Pie Crust pre-made or homemade
- 4 large Eggs
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheese grated
- 1 cup Vegetables optional, chopped
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the pie crust in a pie dish and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, and milk.
Add the grated cheese, chopped vegetables (if using), salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden brown on top.
Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
