Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted Butter

Filling

  • 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream cold

Instructions 

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set. Serve chilled.
