  • 1 lb Pizza dough
  • 6 oz Pepperoni slices
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Layer the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  6. Brush the beaten egg over the top for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
