Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Pizza dough
- 6 oz Pepperoni slices
- 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 Egg, beaten
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface.
Layer the pepperoni slices and mozzarella cheese over the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and place it seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Brush the top with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Brush the beaten egg over the top for a golden finish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
