Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup crushed peppermint candies

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, vanilla, and peppermint extract, and mix well.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Stir in white chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
  5. Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  6. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
