Ingredients 

Brownie Batter

  • 1 cup Butter melted
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup All-purpose Flour
  • 0.5 cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually stir into the egg mixture until well blended. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Let cool before cutting into squares.
