  • 12 oz White chocolate chopped
  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Peppermint extract
  • ½ cup Crushed candy canes

Instructions 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Spread the melted semi-sweet chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate over the chilled semi-sweet chocolate layer. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set, about 20 minutes. Break into pieces and serve.
