Brownie Batter
- 1 cup unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Peppermint Topping
- 1 cup white chocolate chips melted
- ½ cup crushed candy canes
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Stir in eggs and vanilla extract.
Gradually add in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
Once cooled, spread melted white chocolate over the brownies and sprinkle with crushed candy canes. Let set before cutting into squares.
