- 1 cup brown sugar packed
- 0.25 cup milk
- 1.75 cups powdered sugar sifted
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
Add brown sugar and boil for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add milk and bring to a boil, then remove from heat and cool to lukewarm.
Gradually add powdered sugar, beating until smooth.
