Pie Filling
- 1 can Pumpkin puree
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 3 Eggs beaten
- ¾ cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Ginger
- ¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon Cloves
- ½ teaspoon Salt
Praline Topping
- 1 cup Pecans chopped
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ¼ cup Butter melted
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, heavy cream, beaten eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves, and salt until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until the filling is set.
In a small bowl, mix together chopped pecans, brown sugar, and melted butter.
Sprinkle the pecan mixture over the pie and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
Let the pie cool before serving.
