Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecan praline pieces

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, and sugar. Heat until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract. Let cool.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Fold in pecan praline pieces. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm.
