  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Butter melted
  • 3 unit Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1.5 cup Pecans halved
  • 1 unit Pie Crust unbaked

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine corn syrup, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  3. Stir in pecan halves.
  4. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes or until set.
  6. Allow to cool before serving.
