- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 cup Pecans finely chopped
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 Eggs beaten
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a food processor, pulse pecans until finely chopped.
In a bowl, mix chopped pecans, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Dip chicken tenders in beaten eggs, then coat with pecan mixture.
Place coated chicken tenders on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
