Tart Crust

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, ground hazelnuts, and sugar. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and cold water. Mix until the dough comes together. Press into a tart pan.
Arrange pear slices on the crust. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and chopped hazelnuts.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden and pears are tender. Cool before serving.
