  • 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
  • 2 Pears sliced
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each square with pear slices and crumbled Gorgonzola.
  5. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
