Pear Gorgonzola Tartlets Recipe

- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed if frozen
- 2 Pears sliced
- 100 g Gorgonzola cheese crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh thyme chopped
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
Place the pastry squares on a baking sheet.
Top each square with pear slices and crumbled Gorgonzola.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme.
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the pastry is golden and the cheese is melted.
