Galette Ingredients
- 1 sheet Puff pastry thawed
- 3 Pears peeled, cored, and sliced
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Egg beaten
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears, sugar, and cinnamon.
Arrange the pear mixture in the center of the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
Fold the edges of the pastry over the pears, pleating as necessary.
Brush the beaten egg over the pastry edges.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the pears are tender.
