Instructions

  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a sheet of parchment paper.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced pears, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Arrange the pear mixture in the center of the puff pastry, leaving a border around the edges.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry over the pears, pleating as necessary.
