Ingredients 

Filling

  • 6 pears, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Topping

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine pears, granulated sugar, and cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract until crumbly. Sprinkle over the pears.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and pears are tender.
  5. Let it cool slightly before serving.
