- 2 cups Mixed greens
- 2 Pears, sliced
- ½ cup Blue cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup Walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, sliced pears, blue cheese, and toasted walnuts.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
