Pear And Cranberry Crisp
A delightful dessert combining the sweetness of pears with the tartness of cranberries, topped with a crispy oat crumble.

Filling
- 4 Pears, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Cranberries
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Topping
- 1 cup Rolled oats
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Brown sugar
- ½ cup Butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine pears, cranberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Transfer to a baking dish.
In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the fruit mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
