- 1 cup Peanut Butter creamy
- ½ cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips semi-sweet
- 1 tablespoon Butter unsalted
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth.
Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Melt the chocolate chips and butter together in a microwave or double boiler.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set.
