- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg large
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, and egg. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the crushed pretzels.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
