Crust
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¼ cup sugar
Filling
- 2 packages cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
Topping
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish.
Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
Pour over pretzel crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream. Drizzle over cooled bars.
