Ingredients 

Crust

  • 2 cups crushed pretzels
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup sugar

Filling

  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened 8 oz each
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs

Topping

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chocolate chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix crushed pretzels, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Pour over pretzel crust.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Cool completely.
  7. Melt chocolate chips with heavy cream. Drizzle over cooled bars.
