- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Honey
- 3 cups Oats Old-fashioned or quick oats
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and honey. Microwave for 30 seconds to soften, then stir until smooth.
Add oats, vanilla extract, and salt to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
Press the mixture into a greased baking pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool, then cut into bars.
