Peanut Butter Jam Thumbprints

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- ½ cup Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Jam any flavor
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Press your thumb into the center of each ball to create a small well.
Fill each well with a small amount of jam.
Bake for 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
