Ingredients 

Brownie Batter

  • 1 box Brownie mix
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup Water

Peanut Butter Frosting

  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 cup Peanut butter creamy
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar
  • 2-3 tablespoon Milk

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare brownie mix according to package instructions, combining brownie mix, eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a mixing bowl.
  3. Fill each cupcake liner about ⅔ full with brownie batter.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool completely.
  5. For the frosting, beat softened butter and peanut butter together until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until smooth. Add milk as needed to reach desired consistency.
  6. Frost cooled brownie cupcakes with peanut butter frosting.
