Peanut Butter Cup Tart Recipe

Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted Butter
Filling
- 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Topping
- 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom and sides of a tart pan.
Bake crust for 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.
In another bowl, mix peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread evenly over the cooled crust.
In a small saucepan, heat heavy cream until it begins to simmer. Pour over chocolate chips and let sit for 2 minutes. Stir until smooth.
Pour chocolate mixture over the peanut butter layer. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
