Peanut Butter Cup Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate cookie crumbs
  • ½ cup Melted butter
  • 1 quart Chocolate ice cream softened
  • 1 quart Peanut butter ice cream softened
  • 1 cup Peanut butter cups chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  2. 2. Spread the softened chocolate ice cream over the crust. Freeze for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Spread the softened peanut butter ice cream over the chocolate layer. Freeze for another hour.
  4. 4. Sprinkle the chopped peanut butter cups over the top. Freeze for at least 2 more hours or until firm.
  5. 5. Remove from the freezer and let sit for a few minutes before slicing. Serve and enjoy!
