  • ½ cup Brown Sugar packed
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 ¼ cups All-Purpose Flour

  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.
  6. Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, creating a crisscross pattern.
  7. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  8. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
