- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Chocolate Chips, melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
Drizzle melted chocolate over the dough and use a toothpick to swirl it into the dough.
Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
