  • 2 cups Rolled Oats
  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ cup Honey
  • 1 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full. Press down gently to compact the mixture.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven and let cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
