- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 0.5 cup peanut butter
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In another bowl, mix together peanut butter, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter evenly among muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
