Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Blondies

- 1 cup Peanut Butter
- 1 cup Brown Sugar packed
- ½ cup Butter melted
- 2 Eggs large
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add the peanut butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Allow the blondies to cool in the pan before cutting into squares.
