Crust
- 1.5 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
- 0.5 cups Melted Butter
Filling
- 16 oz Cream Cheese softened
- 1 cup Peanut Butter smooth
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2 large Eggs
Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of a baking pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour the filling over the crust.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set. Let cool before cutting into bars.
