Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Melted butter

Filling

  • 3 packages Cream cheese, softened (8 oz each)
  • 1 cup Peanut butter smooth
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 3 Eggs large

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese, peanut butter, and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  5. Pour filling over crust. Bake for 60 minutes or until set.
  6. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
